Ease of Use:This seat was very easy to use. Although it appears complicated at first glance, once you are used to the system it is quick to take in and out of the car, set up and put baby into. The instructions were easy to read, and I found that the company itself went out of it's way to help if there was any problem. The restraint was easy to adjust and baby felt really secure in the seat.
Portability:
Once you have mastered the seat, it is incredibly easy to take in and out of the car. It is heavy - it comes in two parts, but not so heavy that one person alone could not carry it.

Fitting in the Car:
I really liked that this seat sat very snugly in the car. You can use the belt tensioner to hold the base tightly into the vehicle. I was able to use the seat on a few types of car and found it easy and secure in different types of vehicle. It was easy to put baby in and take baby out of.
Comfort/Quality:
My baby really liked this seat and seemed very comfortable in it. The seat is modern looking and the fabric is lovely. It is easy to remove to clean and also to wipe down. The seat has head support which you can adjust as baby grows. The seat is easy to recline - and reclines back quite far so that baby is really comfortable sleeping.
Additional Extras:
The best feature about this seat is that it grows with your baby and you can use it in the rear or forward facing positions. This gives great value for money and is a great safety feature as you can keep baby in the rear facing position for up to 18 months.

"The best seat I have ever had!"
This must be the best seat I have ever owned for my child and being on my third child I have owned a few in the past I can tell you! Graco, Britax, Chicco, MAxi Cosi. I have tried quite a few. This was pricey and I oooed and aaaed over buying one but glad I did. It arrived and not only was it probably the heaviest seat I have ever lifted but it seemed really daunting and complicated. However, I removed the seat portion and took the base to the car. It took me about 3 mins to install. The diagrams provided are really easy peasy to follow and within minutes I had it so secure and tight that it was going nowhere! I promptly clicked the seat onto it, and again within a few minutes I had figured out how to adjust the head protector height (which also automatically adjusts the shoulder height of the harness), the tilt mechanism to recline the seat and the harness release catch. The seat is well padded and I have to say, that considering its weight etc, it is a nice compact size without any unnecessary width (which can be a real problem when you are trying to fit 3 kids in a back seat of a car). Because it is not overly wide, the seatbelts for the other 2 seats are more accessible by my other children which really makes a difference to them and me! Overall I love this seat and would highly recommend it to anyone. I had contacted Concord Customer Services by email previously to ask if this seat was suitable for my car and I received an answer within 24 hours!! I do believe with this one you get what you pay for, it is really high quality.

I bought this car seat for my large baby boy and used it until he was 3 when I had my daughter, then used it for her from birth instead of an infant carrier (I did purchase the newborn insert to make it a bit more snug) its a fab car seat that has lasted two children, fits securely and means I can have my children rear facing for a long time. Easy to use once you get the hang of it - my only gripe would be it seems to have increased in price alot since i bought mine.
